symptoms.
Malasana – mala means garland in Sanskrit. Squat on the haunches on a yoga mat,
with the feet together. Raise seat from floor and balance resting the soles and
the feet on the ground. Widen your knees and thighs. Now move the trunk forward
and extend armpits beyond knees. Bend in the forward direction and try to catch
the ankles (back part). Grip the ankles properly. Exhale. Move the head down
towards the toes and rest forehead on them. Breathe normally and hold in this
pose till you feel comfortable. Inhale and raise your head, release the grip on
ankles and relax on the floor. Exhale, bend forward at the waist and shoulders
and rest your head on the floor. While breathing normally, stay in this position
for 30-40 seconds or as long as you feel comfortable. Inhale. Lift your head
from the floor and come back to the normal position. Release your hand and
relax on the floor. Practice this asana along with other asana mentioned above
in which you feel comfortable to deal with vertigo. If problem persists then
